ACTIVITY PLAQUE (S)
You can personalize your sign with as many activity selections as you like! Each 'activity plaque' is $13.
There is an extensive list of activities to choose from, however if you find your student’s particular activity or interest is not listed, you will be able to select the “Not Found” activity and list it in the comments at checkout. Our vendor is great at accommodating new activity requests, however if for some reason our vendor cannot accommodate the activity you are requesting we will be notified and you will be contacted about a refund for the cost of that activity.
At checkout you will be prompted to complete a form identifying your activity plaque selections. *Note: if the activity is not listed, you must still account for the number of “Not Found” activities you plan to request at checkout. We will only accommodate the number of activities paid in your order, if you select more in the form you will be contacted to confirm correct activity selections.
Plaques purchased at the same time as the signs will be processed and delivered together. Already have your sign and just need to add another activity? No problem, you can order plaques only to add to your existing sign. Plaque only orders come with the screws needed to attach them to your sign. Orders are typically ready in approximately 2-3 weeks
